Project Description
ABOUT
The interior tenant fit out at Michigan Central Station activates the station’s historic retail arcade, located at the East entrance. A new reception desk defines the entry sequence, creating a clear point of orientation for visitors. Yellow Light Coffee opens as the first food and beverage tenant in the restored landmark, with a bold branded interior. The 2,500-square-foot Study is designed to support coworking, community, and flexible event use. Together, these activations enhance the visitor experience, offering a flexible and inviting environment that celebrates both heritage and modern design.
